In a lull? Got a backlog of games to clear out? You know you want to play...something, but you don't know what? Do you need a little motivation? Post a few games you're thinking of playing at the moment and maybe, just maybe, someone will make up your mind for you --- Me first then Really, I need something to pass the time until September when I *should* be starting a colossal retro game playing... thing. So, not something too involved. I've got consoles covered, going to start New Super Luigi U this week. But I want to play something in addition to that. Maybe a handheld. Though I don't have much unplayed there. So... Ocarina of Time replay or.... idk, Kirby Mass Attack? Never even touched that game. Computer gaming is also a possibility. Through Origin, I got Plants VS. Zombies and The Sims 2. Those could work. Looking at my Mac Steam... something called Pid, not sure where I picked that up or what it is. And Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent, which I picked up in the summer sale last year. I should really get around to that. Probably any of those would be a good way to kill some time. Have at it. ;P
I would recommend something new, so either Kirby or Pid. If you got Pid last year, I would give that a go first. If you don't like Pid, then Kirby is always there as a back up. Either way, I think you're going to play a good game, so it's a win-win. Okay, should I play Mass Effect 3 next, or Skyward Sword? Geoff wants me to play Skyward Sword, as that's been sitting on the backburner for a while, but I just beat Mass Effect 2, so I feel like I should go onto the third one. I do want to play both games, so I'm not sure which one I should go with.
Well, technically Ocarina is the only one there I've played before (and countless times at that). Except for maybe Sims 2 for a couple hours years ago. For you, I would say... if you just played the original Mass Effect before Mass Effect 2, then just keep going onto 3. No reason to break up the marathon. If that's not the case, then sure take a break and play Skyward Sword. Both are good games. (and also, Geoff's playing Mass Effect 3 already. I don't want to see more mentions of it XD I already want to replay the series enough as it is)
I agree. In 2012, I played ME1, 2, and 3 back-to-back-to-back and I highly enjoyed doing so. If you want a more detailed explanation as to why I love this series so much, you can read my reviews: ME1, ME2, ME3 (shameless promotion yay!)
